Duties will include:
- Day-to-day upkeep of the stock control system to ensure that all information is accurate and up to date, correcting errors when required.
- Comfortable and competent in leading a shift in the absence of the ICQA Management Team.
- Ensuring all stock movements, counts and adjustments are accurately completed using the NAVISION (WMS) system.
- Liaising with the Operations and E-Commerce Management Team regarding stock accuracy. Full investigations of misplaced stock.
- Oversee stock issues within the warehouse (picking quantity / quality, PI checks and location errors). Root-cause analysis of new / ongoing issues. Co-ordinating ad-hoc sample / charity picks.
- Superb communication with multiple departments throughout the business in a professional manner.
Essential Skills and Behaviours required:
- Experience of using Navision WMS (warehouse management system) or similar preferable but full training to be given.
- Problem identification and resolution of operational issues at `ground` level.
- Good Microsoft office skills; an understanding of spreadsheets & Outlook.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Good understanding of safe working practices within a warehouse environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and time management.
- Professional attitude, team-orientated and possessing great communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to the management of safety on site ensuring all accidents and incidents are reported and acted on accordingly including undertaking accident investigations where necessary.
